Born May, 1968. Has a Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisboa.

 

 

While employed at an international bank, he enrolled the Full Program Photography Course [Evening] @ ar.co and attended several visual journalism workshops, being the most relevant, Picture Story & Photojournalism [Sergei Maximishin], Photography Editing [Céu Guarda] and Visual Essay [Augusto Brázio].

 

His first long term project, In Motion: Portuguese Scout Movement, was developed between 2006 and 2007 while Worldwide Scouts were celebrating their 100th anniversary.

 

In 2009 he was awarded with an hounorable mention in the III Concurso Epson Iberico Fotografia Digital 2008 [Spain].         Read more...
